Life can have tricky phases, however understanding this from a spiritual perspective can be really helpful and comforting, as well as empowering. We are all spiritual beings having a human experience, yet life can sometimes feel overwhelming and confusing.
Combining my spiritual coaching, healing, intuitive skills, along with my own life experience, I am here to help guide and empower you.
Everyone’s soul journey is unique, however, discussing with me what feelings are coming up for you can help bring a sense of peace and clarification, along with connecting you back to your own innate wisdom. Spiritual well-being mentoring helps you to find the answers within to difficult situations or blocks, allowing you feel stronger and more aligned.
Topics, tools and techniques to help understand yourself as an empowered spiritual being may include:
Learning to listen to your intuition, replacing fear with LOVE. Setting boundaries. Self care practices. Understanding ascension. Working with chakras, crystals, angels, ascended masters and spirit guides. Building your confidence in working with energy. Making affirmations, guided meditations/visualisations. Grounding techniques and why these are so important.
All sessions are tailored to where you are on your own spiritual and healing journey. Sessions can be regular or just a one off depending on when you feel you need them.
