Reiki Sound Journey with Plant Medicines
There are various plants that have long been used for medicinal reasons. Today, we live in a time when manufactured medicines and prescriptions prevail, but do they have to be the only approach to healing?
Even with all of these engineered options at our fingertips, many people find themselves turning back to the medicinal plants that started it all.

What a Reiki Sound session with a plant medicine looks like...
We start with a chat, then we both drink the plant medicine that you've chosen in a sacred way (further plant details below). I may prepare the drink before your arrival, so we have maximum time. I will lead you then into a guided meditation with the medicine, you may then journal / chose an oracle card after. This is then followed by the sound healing journey. A sound healing session at my home is tailored to suit the needs of the client and what is going on for them energetically. I use various instruments such as Himalayan Singing Bowls; Chakra Chimes; Tuning Forks; Koshi Chimes Rattles and Drums that play specific frequencies on specific body parts after scanning the subtle energy fields in the auric field to identify imbalances. You will lie down fully clothed on a comfortable mat / table in a peaceful setting. Dependent on how we decide to proceed for you, the singing bowls may be placed around or on your body. Many clients report feeling a profound sense of peace, emotional release, and improved mental clarity.

You will have a choice of what plant you want to work with in our session - either Blue Lotus Flower Tea, Mugwort Tea or Ceremonial Cacao. Click on any of the links for further information.
Blue Lotus was one of the most important plants of ancient Egypt. To the Egyptians, it was a transcendental messenger of the Gods. The star-shaped flowers with their yellowish centre and sky-blue petals were an image of the Sun-God Ra - a symbol of transcendence and reincarnation.
Cacao is the fruit of the Theobroma Cacao tree and the main ingredient in chocolate. In 1953, Botanist Carl Linnaeus gave the Cacao tree its scientific name, Theobroma, which translates to “food of the gods” in Greek. The many cacao ceremony benefits extend to the mind, body, and spirit. Did you know that cacao is good for your mental health? It stimulates your cognitive function but can also help you de-stress, chill out, and get the creative juices flowing. It also supports cardiovascular health, energy, and inflammation.
Mugwort is a powerful magical herb that can help us to discover our true selves on a spiritual level. In the rush of the modern world, it can be easy to lose sight of our own strength and power. However, by connecting with your divine self, you can take control of your life, allowing you to achieve your goals and be the best version of yourself.
***If you are pregnant please check with your Doctor first - for example, Mugwort should not be consumed during pregnancy.
