Reiki Share
A Reiki share (or circle) is a community gathering where practitioners of all levels meet to practice, learn, and exchange Reiki treatments. It provides a supportive environment to hone healing skills, receive collective energy, and connect with like-minded individuals.

A Reiki share usually follows this pattern:
-
Opening Circle: The group gathers to set intentions, meditate, or share experiences.
-
The Treatment Swap: One person lies on a massage table while the rest of the group gathers around them, providing Reiki simultaneously.
-
Rotation: Practitioners take turns on the table so everyone has an opportunity to both give and receive healing.
-
Closing Circle: The session wraps up with light refreshments, Q&A, and a chance to socialise.
Key Benefits:
-
Builds Confidence: It allows students (especially those at Level 1 or 2) to practice on different people in a safe space.
-
Group Energy: Receiving Reiki from multiple pairs of hands at once is often described as a more intense and profound experience than a one-on-one session.
-
Community: It offers a way to socialise and exchange experiences with other practitioners.
What You Need to Know:
-
Experience Level: Any - this is open to everyone from complete beginners and Reiki I students to experienced Masters.
-
Attire: You should wear comfortable layered warm clothing, inc warm socks, as you will be sitting or lying down for extended periods
