These gatherings are hosted by Lulu, founder of Nature Spirits UK. As a fully qualified Reiki Master Teacher, Rahanni Celestial Healing Teacher and Trauma-informed Certified Spiritual Coach, Lulu brings grounded expertise and intuitive guidance to every session.

Venue: Health Haven, Buckie

Day:  Various - please see booking system

Time: 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM (Arrival is 6:45 PM for a prompt start)

Energy Exchange: £15

What's Included (The Journey)

 

  • Welcome: Chat

  • Opening: Breathwork with a Short Meditation

  • Mindful Movement: Qi Gong for Beginners

  • Deep Healing: Guided Meditation, followed by Reiki-infused Sound, Vocals and Drum Journey

What to Bring

 

  • Required: Wear layers, thick socks, a blanket, a yoga/exercise mat, and water.

  • Optional: Eye pillow/mask, pillow for head/knees, notebook/journal, and pen.

  • Accessibility: Chairs are available for anyone with mobility issues.

 

Important Notes & Safety

 

  • Arrival: Please arrive no earlier than 6:45 PM. Phones must be off or silent.

  • Contraindications: If you are taking medication or are under professional support, please check if Reiki Sound Healing etc are safe for you.

  • Environment: Smudging, incense, and essential oils (lavender/peppermint) are used, and there is a light projector in use. Please notify Lulu upon arrival of any illness or medication.

 

Booking Policy

 

  • Refunds: If you cannot attend last minute, please send a friend in your place.

  • Emergency Cancellation: If you cancel due to illness or emergency, you will receive a £15 discount off any 1:1 offering, You may also be able to attend the next Gathering, subject to availability.

  • Weather: If we have to cancel because of adverse weather conditions, we will re-schedule the Gathering (subject to availability).
