All private sessions are led by Lulu, Founder of Nature Spirits UK. Lulu holds Teacher certification in both traditional and Western lineages of Usui Reiki; is a qualified Rahanni Celestial Teacher, with a diploma in mindfulness and a certified Spiritual Coach. Her expertise is grounded by over 20 years of working with children, families and special needs, holding a BA in Child & Youth Studies (Hons).

• Intuitively Tailored: Every session is intuitively led and customised to your specific energy needs. Each session includes a good chat with a cup of either Mugwort,  Chaga7 Ritual Tea,  Blue Lotus Flowers or Organic Rosehip + Petals Tea.

• Booking Options: Sessions are available for one person or for two (with a partner or friend).
