You will lie down fully clothed on a comfortable mat in a peaceful setting. Dependent on how we decide to proceed for you, the singing bowls will be placed around or on your body.

Blue Lotus was one of the most important plants of ancient Egypt. To the Egyptians, it was a transcendental messenger of the Gods. The star-shaped flowers with their yellowish centre and sky-blue petals were an image of the Sun-God Ra - a symbol of transcendence and reincarnation. 
Cacao is the fruit of the Theobroma Cacao tree and the main ingredient in chocolate. In 1953, Botanist Carl Linnaeus gave the Cacao tree its scientific name, Theobroma, which translates to “food of the gods” in Greek. Remote Reiki sessions have been scientifically proven to work - all you need to do at the time of our session is relax as comfortably as you can while intending to attune to your deeper self,  in the comfort of your own home. For the 1 hour session, we can start with a call and then I’ll guide you to relax with a meditation before sharing Reiki with you.  Or you can choose to have a session with no call and completely free of any technology- a tech-free 30 min session is the most popular one. We simply choose a time to sit undisturbed. Please feel free to email with any questions ahead of booking. The healing often continues after your session as Reiki continues to work within you, increasing awareness and rebalancing your body. It is advised you drink plenty of water. You may feel calm, peaceful, or energised, some may also feel tired.
