Terms and Conditions for Wee Nature Spirit UK sessions :

• All parents & caregivers have FULL responsibility for the safety of their baby/ toddler / child during the session. Please state any known allergies or medical conditions when completing the online registration form and verbally again at the start of the session.

Children's snacks from home should be nut free and snacks such as grapes should not be left lying around as it is a choking hazard. Food to be consumed in the cafe area or outside.

• Please allow 3 working days to confirm registration and taster session availability. PAYG to text asap in advance and pay via bank transfer to secure slot. Pay monthly families do not need to book.

• Places are allocated firstly to pay monthly families

​

• Parents are asked to keep their children at home if they have a serious infection. A normal temperature in babies and children is about 36.4C, but this can vary slightly from child to child. A high temperature is 38C or more. A high temperature is the body's natural response to fighting infections like coughs and colds

• Hard surfaces & resources are sprayed down and fabric sprayed with anti-bac on a daily basis

​

• Weather changes - Wee Nature Spirits UK sessions run in all seasons, including cold weather, so please do make sure the children are in warm waterproof clothes in winter and with sunhats, sun cream and protective light clothing in summertime

• Cancellation - Wee NSUK will only cancel a session in extreme high winds, storms, or if the Group Leader is unwell. You will be notified ASAP in the event of cancellation via text and social media. Please do follow Wee Nature Spirits on facebook (not in use as much) and @naturespiritsuk instagram or facebook for more regular updates. It should be possible to rearrange an extra session for yourself or a friend, however, if this cannot happen, a full refund will be made.

If you need to cancel due to sickness/ lack of sleep/ GP appointments etc please text to re-arrange your session.

• Refunds cannot be given due to rain or if I have not been notified of non-attendance. If a child or parent is sick I offer two sessions the following week or you can send a registered friend in your place.

• Wee Nature Spirits UK will keep your personal information secure according to the Data Protection Act 1998 & 2018. Please see NSUK's full Privacy Policy on this website, which also applies to Wee NSUK.

 

• Photographs - parents should verbally let others know during a session if they do not wish their child to have a photo taken. Many parents take photos and tag @naturespiritsuk to help create awareness which really is appreciated.
