Resident Offerings
1. Mind & Body "Gentle Flow" (1 Hour) A combined session specifically curated for resident groups. We integrate Seated / Standing Qi Gong, Basic Breathwork, and Guided Meditation.

Community Rate: £65 per hour. Normally £85.
2. 1:1 Palliative Reiki & Soul Support Compassionate, quiet energy healing for residents in end-of-life care or those requiring focused one-to-one emotional support.

Special Flex-Rate: £65 per hour.

Note: To ensure maximum benefit for your budget, this hour can be split into two 30-minute sessions for two separate residents or groups.
Staff Wellbeing & Respite
​Care staff are the heart of any home, but the work can be physically and emotionally draining. I offer dedicated "Staff Reset" sessions to prevent burnout and boost morale.
​​Staff Sound Bath & Meditation (1 Hour to 75mins) A restorative experience using Himalayan bowls and chimes to provide deep nervous system relaxation.

Community Rate: £65 per session (Special discount from my standard bespoke group rate).

Staff Reiki Sessions: I offer dedicated days for staff "mini-resets."

Special Staff Reiki Session Rate: £25 for 30-minutes or £45 for 60mins per person.

Book 4 or more staff sessions in one day and receive a 15% discount on a future Staff or Resident Wellbeing Hour.
