Reiki is sacred energy, accessed through a meditative practice while lightly laying the hands on the body. It’s the mysterious, intelligent, harmonising energy of all life - a beautifully creative magic. A treatment restores our energy so it can flow freely, allowing us to let go and align with our True Self once again. Ultimately Reiki is a path of discovery - an exploration of the cosmic energy we are all made of.
This is best offered on a 1:1 basis, however open to suggestions.
