When we navigate life’s challenges—whether through workplace stress, caregiving, or personal transition—our world can begin to feel small. My community work is dedicated to opening that space back up.

With 20 years of experience in care settings and a BA (Hons) in Child & Youth Studies, I facilitate group environments where people feel safe to exhale. Using therapeutic sound and grounded mindfulness, I help local groups and organisations re-harmonise their collective energy.
