Are these products sustainable?
It’s what they are known for. The products are made from certified organic cotton, powered by renewable energy and every product is designed to come back to them when it’s worn out - they make new products from the material they recover. Teemill won the Queen’s Award for Innovation for their work on making the first circular economy for fashion. Learn more about their award-winning sustainability, how their products are made and who made them on their journey page.
How should I care for my products - what instructions should I follow?
You should refer to the wash care label on the individual garments for full instructions, but, we recommend a cool wash at 30 and hang drying products, to ensure print quality and longevity.
The products are not suitable for high temperature washing, tumble drying, bleaching or dry-cleaning. Avoid ironing straight onto the printed designs. These methods can cause unwanted shrinkage, the inks to fade, or the designs to crack, flake or peel.
What size should I order?
It is very difficult to recommend which size to purchase as each person has their own preferences for how an item should fit and feel. Nature Spirits UK items are regular fitting, so we recommend taking this into consideration when placing your order. All of our products are standard UK high street sizes and fit true to size. You can find size guides on each of our product pages to help you with your decision.
The manufacturer Teemill operate a free exchange policy should you need to swap your item for another size.
What labels are in the products?
In every product there is a plain neck label showing the garment size. There is also include a inside label containing wash care advice and instructions on how to send the item back to Teemill's factory for recycling.
How does the recycling scheme work?
Every product made is designed to be sent back once it has been worn out. There is a QR code on every wash care label which takes you to the circular fashion page. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and follow the instructions to receive your returns label for sending items back. With the material they recover they make new products. Teemill issue store credit to customers who use the recycling scheme and the recycled products created are available for Pro store owners to add to their stores for purchase.
