BRILLIANT BEINGS uses yoga and gentle mindful movement with breath to anchor us fully into our bodies, along with breathing and sensory exercises, games, music, art and photography, storytelling and relaxation to help children experience the calming benefits of focusing their attention on now. These sessions are a lot of fun and offer children the most valuable of gifts; methods they can employ to help themselves become resilient in the face of life’s challenges and to experience mental, emotional and physical well-being.
Brilliant Beings sessions have no religious content and are suitable for all.
Children's Mindfulness Classes (Surrey based)
Emma is a Creative Kids Mindfulness practitioner and is able to teach the Mindful Heart Curriculum to children aged between 4 and 12 years old. Available to teach online, or in person in Surrey and Surrounds- Mindfulness is the perfect way to support the emotional health of your pupils and children, either within the school day, or as an after school offering. A social-emotional wellbeing course for children!
In this online course, Amanda, Mindfulness Expert, teaches your children how to be calmer, happier and stronger through a mixture of verbal, visual, kinaesthetic and intrapersonal approaches to learning.
