Depending on what package you decide to choose, my energy sessions can include Reiki; Rahanni Celestial Healing; Qi Gong movement, guided meditation with breathwork practice, along with some ceremonial grade cacao.
I tailor each session according to your needs, helping to balance your energy centres, also known as chakras, which in turn, support your mental health & wellbeing.
EVERYONE has the answer within to aid their healing journey, but life experiences can sometimes be tricky to navigate.
My sessions encourage you to be still and be reminded that peace can always be found.
Even though it is safe, as it works for your greatest & highest good, complimenting any previous/current medical intervention including surgery, radiation, medication etc - it is always advised to double check with GP first before booking an energy healing session.
What to Expect at the start of an energy session:
We may discuss your assessment form and you are free to share any further confidential information. We usually have a 15 min chat before and 15 min chat after. The energy work can last between 45 minutes to an hour, times will vary depending on your needs.
The healing treatments take place in the comfort of your own home. Lying across your bed is preferred so I can have access to both sides of your body, your head and feet. You remain fully clothed during the session, but its best to wear loose-fitting clothes so you feel relaxed and comfortable. Have a big glass of water by your side for after. If you have any mobility issues, the session can take place in a chair.
The session is your time to completely relax -its a safe space, a healing oasis away from the world. As a result, I will always aim to create a calming and relaxing environment using music, candles, aromatherapy/incense and healing crystals.
Choose any crystals you would like to hold with your hands down by your side. You can even bring your own crystals to hold too. I may place some extra crystals on you or around you if I feel guided.
What to Expect During an Energy Healing Session
Please let me know if you are happy for hands-on-reiki or would prefer no touch during the session. I usually use a combination of both. It is best to close your eyes and relax into a comfortable position, slowing your breath. Please let me know if you are not okay with smoking white sage smudge or palo santo. A loose blindfold is offered to darken out the light and to stop the temptation of opening your eyes and getting distracted.
I silently call upon Universal Life Force Energy to come from Source through the Christ Flame to bring Love, Light, Wisdom, Guidance on how best to help you. I will let you know when I am about to begin by tapping my little brass bowl. The same sound will also happen at the end.
I scan your main energy centres to gain a sense of where they may need healing the most. During the healing treatment, you can expect me to move around and either place my hands lightly on your body and/or hovering just above. I usually start the session with my hands on your head and then work down the body to the feet, avoiding all sensitive and private body parts. I work through a series of Reiki hand positions which are designed to target the chakras.
With Reiki, I use hands-on Rahanni celestial healing - working on the vibration of the heart chakra. It is a subtle & gentle energy that helps re-align the chakras, whilst releasing negativity/ fear and raises your unique vibration to promote natural healing. As well as working at a physical level, it is particularly good at healing past trauma or areas which are stuck from past experiences. This helps you to move forward into living a joyful life. You do not have to believe for it to work, just a desire to receive and accept this energy.

I may check in with you throughout the session to make sure you are okay, however, it is usually not necessary. Talking is kept to a minimum so you can really relax and switch off.

You may sense my hands moving across your body even if they are not touching you directly – this is because you can sense the energy! You may feel tingling sensations, see colours, vivid pictures, feel temperature changes in my hands, involuntarily movements/ mild spasms, falling asleep, rumbling stomach, memory flashes, or need to release emotion such as crying. This is all perfectly normal, trust yourself and the Universe. You may experience a few or you may experience none, which is also normal.
You may hear me sigh, deep breathing, click my fingers, clap hands or other noises. These are just ways of me releasing and moving the energy I am working with.
I may offer / have the time to offer you an oracle card reading after your session. If we run out of time, at your request, I can pull a card for your that evening.
What you may experience after an Energy Healing session:
It’s really important to note here that the goal of any session is not to ‘cure’ or ‘fix’ a specific problem or issue – even if a set issue is the reason you are there. Energy healing supports the mind, body and spirit – it holistically addresses imbalances in the energy body and seeks to restore balance, which in turn can promote health and wellbeing. You are in control of the amount of Universal Energy to receive and your body will intuitively know where it is needed most. I am just the facilitator of the energy session, not a healer. The healing comes from YOU!

Please remember to drink at least 2 litres of water daily, especially for the next few days and try to avoid alcohol to receive optimal benefit from the treatment.
Particularly if its your first time, 3x sessions within 6 weeks are recommended to get a good boost and clearing on your energy/ aura. The one-off Assessment Form must be completed before any session.

The room is very cosy, calming and tranquil. Lulu explains clearly all the information beforehand and gave me a warm nutritious drink before we started (it was an early start!) I was so relaxed that i fell asleep and woke myself up snoring a couple of times!!!
